Assam Employment Exchange Registration 2024
Assam Government has Started the Assam Employment Exchange Registration in the State to Provide jobs in Government Departments and Private Companies. If You are Aged above 14 years then you can Register in the Employment Exchange. The whole Process of Registration is now Completely made online and Manual Registration Process has been Discontinued since 2021.
Assam Employment Exchange Registration is Based on two ways one is Aadhaar Based and other is Non Aadhaar Based. Candidates are requested to Choose Aadhaar Based Registration Because it Doesn’t require any Office visit and all process is completely Digital.
Guidelines of Assam Employment Exchange Registration
- Candidates are required to Employment Exchange Registration in Assam.
- The Date of Expiry will be Given on the Assam Employment Exchange Card and Candidates are requested to Renew their Employment Exchange Registration within 60 days of Expiry of the Card.
- Candidates must do Assam Employment Exchange Re-Registration to Get Government Jobs in the State.
- Registration will be done on Aadhaar Based and Non Aadhaar Based Process.
- Non-Aadhaar Registration Requires the Manual Verification of Documents from Employment Exchanges.
- An Employment Exchange Card will be issued after physical verification of documents and certificates are found in order. The applicant will receive an Employment Exchange Card through his/her Email.
- No request for registration renewal after the expiry of the due month and grace period shall be entertained under any circumstances.

Assam Employment Exchange Registration Eligibility Criteria
- All citizens of India above the age of 14 years who are permanent residents of Assam are eligible to register their names in Employment Exchanges of the State of Assam.
- Any applicant below age of 18 must have to submit an undertaking for parents/legal guardian’s consent regarding registration with Employment Exchange of Assam and sharing/processing of personal data thereof.
- The candidates are eligible for Registration in one Employment Exchange only in the state, where they are permanent residents within the jurisdiction of the District.

Assam Employment Exchange Registration Process
- Visit the Official Website of the Sewa Setu Portal.
- Sign in to the Sewa Setu Portal as Citizen.
- Now Choose Service Button given on the Homepage.
- Click on the Employment Exchange Registration from the List of Services.
- Now fill the Application Form with Your Personal Details Like Name, Father’s Name and Date of Birth.
- Fill in the Address and Qualification Certificate Details.
- Upload the Required Documents on the Portal.
- Verify Your Aadhar Card with OTP on Your Mobile Number.
- Click on the Submit Button Button After successfully filling of the Form.
- After Verification of the Details Provided, you will receive an Employment Exchange Card on Your E-mail ID or You Can Download it From the Portal.
Employment Exchange Re-Registration Process
Renewal Date of Employment Exchange will be Provided on Your Registration Card and You will have to Renew Your Card before 60 days after the Expiry of the Date. Those candidates who Registered themselves before January 2024 are Requested to Re-Register. Follow the Below Steps to Re-Register Your Employment Exchange Card.
- Login to the Sewa Setu Portal.
- In the Service Section Search for the Employment Exchange.
- Select Employment Exchange Re-Registration from the List.
- Enter the Aadhar Card Details and Verify with the OTP Received on Your Registered Mobile Number.
- Now You Can Update the Qualification Details in the Form.
- Update Mobile Number from Paper based Registration Card.
- Click on the Submit button After Successful Re-Registration of Employment Exchange.
