Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana 2024: Registration & Eligibility 

The Assam Government has launched several Government Welfare Programs. These Programs are based on the Socio-Economic Development of Residents of Assam. This Year Assam Government has launched a Health Insurance Scheme known as Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana for State Government Employees. Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana 2024 

Chief Minister of Assam Shri Himanta Biswa Sharma Launched the MMLSAY Scheme for those who are working in the State Government Departments. It is a Medical Reimbursement Scheme of the State Government that aims at Providing Medical Reimbursement to Government Employees including government pensioners and their families.

Under Assam MMLSAY, The State Government Employees and Pensioners can Register themselves for the Medical Reimbursement. The Beneficiaries can Also Register their family members. 

Objectives of Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana 

• To Provide Financial Health Coverage of Rs. 5 lakh to the Current Serving Employees and Pensioners as well as Their Families.
• This Scheme is also similar to the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
• To Provide Medical Reimbursement to the Beneficiaries.
• To add Families of the Employees and Pensioners in the Scheme. 

Key Features of MMLSAY

• All State Government employees by default will be considered to be a member under the scheme and the monthly subscription will be deducted as per the Grade of the employee by the respective DDOs.
• Database of Government pensioners collected from Pension Seva Kendras and “Kritagyata”.
• Employees will have the option to continue with the existing manual medical reimbursement model and opt out of being a member of MMLSAY at any future point in time.
• Government employees and Government pensioners are to register in the online medical reimbursement scheme i.e. MMLSAY and submit all personal details of themselves and their dependents. 
• Existing CGHS package rates and procedures will be incorporated in MMLSAY with some additional features, which may be revised from time to time.
• All Government employees and pensioners drawing salary and pension from the State Exchequer will be eligible to register themselves under the scheme.

Key Highlights

Premium Amount for MMLSAY Scheme 

The State Government Has Instructed to deduct the Subscription amount towards the Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana as Per the Grade. In this Regard Those employees who don’t want to be included in MMLSAY and want to opt out are requested to submit their Application to the Account Section, Addressing the Deputy Registrar of Finance Department On or Before 30/01/2024. Otherwise, the amount will be deducted from their Bank Account. We have Given Details of Monthly Subscription based on Grades of Employees:-

• Employees of Assam working in the State Government are eligible for the Scheme.
• Government Pensioners are also Eligible for the MMLSAY.
• Dependents of Pensioners and Employees are Also eligible.
• Employees who are Getting benefits from other schemes are not Eligible for the Scheme.

Assam MMLSAY Registration Process

• The first step is to visit the Official website of Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana.
• On the Homepage You will See the Registration and Login Button.
• Now Click on the Beneficiary Login/Registration Button.
• Fill out the Application Form by selecting the Details.
• Enter the PAN card Number or PPO Number.
• Upload the Required Documents and Click on the Submit Button.

Assam MMLSAY Login Process 

• Visit the Official Website of the Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana.
• Click on the Beneficiary Login/Registration Button.
• Now select Your Beneficiary Type.
• Enter your details to log into the Portal.
• After Login, You Can Download the MMLSAY Card.
