PRC Apply Online Assam Full Process 

• Visit the Official Website of the Sewa Setu Portal.
• Search for Permanent Residence Certificate in the Service Section.
• Click on the Apply Online Tab given on the Screen.
• Now fill up the Form and Upload the Required Documents for Tribal or Non Tribal Citizens.
• After the Successful Submission of the Form, Take the Print Out the Acknowledgement and Note the Reference Number.
• After Successful Verification of the Form, You will receive an SMS regarding your PRC Application.
• Visit the Nearest NCHAC office to pay the Certificate Fees.
• The mode of Payment is Cash.

• Select the Permanent Residence Certificate from the Service List.
• Click on the Track Application Status.
• Enter the Reference Number and Click on the Track Button.
