Assam Higher Secondary Education has Already Started the Recruitment Process for the Eleventh Category of Student and This Recruitment Process will be made through the Darpan Admission Portal with Special Arrangements. The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council has already Given Permission for Admission to 10+2 Class institutions.
Education Minister of Assam Shri Ranoj Pegu Said on Twitter that “Total 3,16,529 students have registered in the DARPAN portal of AHSEC. The admission process will be completed on 30/5/24 for all registered students. The portal will reopen for new registration for left-out students on 01/06/24”.

- Students can apply for a maximum of 5 institutions.
- No other Chance will be Given for additional Institutions.
- Application for each Institution will be given separately.
- Students Can Apply for Any Stream from Arts, Science, Commerce, or Vocational.
- Please note that use your 10-digit mobile Number, Date of Birth, and Login PIN for logging into the Portal.
- Always Remember your 4 digits Login PIN for Future Reference.
How to Apply for Admission in Darpan Portal?
- New Registration for AHSEC Darpan Portal will Start from 01 June 2024.
- Candidates will have to visit the Official Website of the Darpan Portal.
- Click on the “Registration Button” given on the Homepage.
- Fill up all the required relevant information related to the institution.
- Please verify thoroughly before submitting the application.
- Please remember the mobile number, date of birth and 4 digit pin. It will be necessary for future login.
- Upload the Required Documents like Passport Size Photo and Class X Marksheet.
- Create a 4-digit Login PIN and Confirm it by Re-entering.
- Click on the Submit Button for Final Submission.
- After that, You Can Apply for Colleges in which you want to take Admission.
- You can Apply for Only 5 Institutions.
