In the Last year Government of Assam launched a Revolutionary Scheme for All the Citizens of Assam State. The Scheme Was Assam Amrit Brikha Andolan, under this Mission Assam Government aims to make Assam a Greener and Environment-Friendly State. Assam Amrit Brikha Andolan 2024

Chief Minister of Assam Shri Himanta Biswa Sharma has Launched an initiative to promote Tree Plantation in the State. Under this Mission, the Government is Dedicated to Distributing about 1 Crore Saplings of Hollong, Sal, Mahogany, Bogipoma, Ghora Neem, and Ghamari Plants. These Saplings will be Termed Commercial Trees and Will be Planted by Self Help Groups, ASHA, Educational Institutions, Village Defence Party Anganwadi Workers, Tea Garden Workers, and Individuals.

Under The Assam Amrit Brikha Andolan, a Financial Grant of Rs. 100 will be Provided through Direct Benefit Transfer Mode after Planting the Saplings and Uploading the Image onto the Portal to Amrit Brikha Andolan App. Another Rs. 200 will be Granted by the State Government in the 3rd Year for the Survival of the Plant.

Objectives of Assam Amrit Brikha Andolan 2024

• To Plant At Least 1 Crore Saplings of the Plants in the State.
• To Promote Afforestation by Providing Financial Grants to Individuals who take part in this Mission.
• To Provide Financial Assistance of Rs. 100 After Planting the Saplings.
• To Provide another Rs. 200 Rupees in the Third Year for Survival of the Plant.
• To Promote a Green Economy in the State.

Assam Amrit Briksha Andolan 2024 Roadmap 

1.  Registration: Online Registration for the Amrit Brikha Andolan will start in July or September.
2. Distribution: Registered Candidates will have to Collect the Seedlings from the Pre-Defined Locations.
3. Planting & Upload: Planting of the Seedlings will be done by the Individuals and Uploading their Image on the Portal.
4. Get Paid: After Successful Verification of Geotagged Planting, Beneficiaries will get paid directly to their Account.

• Visit the Official Website of Amrit Briksh Andolan aba.assam.gov.in
• Click on the New Registration Button given on the Homepage.
• Enter Your Basic information like Name, Father Name, Mobile Number, etc.
• Enter Your Complete Address.
• Select the Seedling Collection Centre to Receive the Saplings.
• Select Identity Card and Upload it.
• Now Verify your Mobile Number and Click On the Submit Button.

Amrit Brikshya Andolan Registration Renewal 

If you Registered for Amrit BrikshAndolan in 2023, you don’t have to worry about the new Registration for this Mission. Follow the Below Instructions for Amrit BrikshAndolan Registration Renewal-

• The first Step is to visit the Official website of the Amrit Briksh Andolan.
• Click on the Registration Renewal Button on the Homepage.
• Now Enter Your Mobile Number and OTP received on Your Phone.
• After Entering the OTP your Registration will be Renewed

• Visit the Official Website of the Amrit Brikha Andolan or Amrit Brikshya Andolan App.
• Click on the Login button on the homepage.
• Enter Your Registered Mobile Number and Verify it with the OTP Received.

Amrit Briksh Andolan App is Designed for the Beneficiary wishing to Register for this Mission. The Amrit Briksh Andolan 2024 App will be Available to download from 25 July 2024.

Amrit Brikshya Andolan Pledge

The Government of Assam will Start the Amrit Brikha Andolan Registration in July or September, to Complete at least 1 crore tree plantation. After Registration and Uploading Photos, Candidates will have to Take a pledge on the Portal or App. Candidates will have to Submit their Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Pin Code, and District. Below we Have Given the Pledge:- 

“I pledge to plant seedlings on the occasion of Amrit Brikshya Andolan, 2024, and to protect these seedlings till their maturity. I also take a pledge for the protection of forests and the conservation of wildlife. I further pledge to secure a sustainable future for the coming generations by following the Principles of Mission Life”.
